How to update items for JJS/Ocado in Coral & SAP
Coral:
All updates in Coral should be done according to the normal FlexLink standard rules but JJS/Ocado drawing number and revision should be updated in the Description field. If a beam length is changed this information should also be updated in the Additional Information field.
In assemblies a BOM-list document is included that is printed and added to the shipment. This must be updated accordingly with update of BOM-material, including the revision of this in Coral (see pictures below).
SAP:
The information in the Description field including length from Additional information field is manually added to the field Material description in SAP (see pictures below). This info ends up on the beam and/or packaging label (see packaging specification 6761283). If cost is changed contact the product manager for the TC assortment reg. possible update of T1-price.
